In these modern times, we people are moving into more modern diet and lifestyles. We dont know much but the truth is these modern style cost us our health and make our lifespan shorter. 

1. Eary to bed, early to rise.:- These lines was taught in school but as we grow we are forgetting these rules, and shifting to late night wake-up for work for entertainment.

2. Exercise:- 'We must do exercise to keep our body fit'.  There are various form of exercise going on in this world like Gym, Yoga, Physics exercise, Mental exercise, etc. We must choose and do exercise regularly to make our body function properly and ot will also make is look young.

3. Plant based food:-  What The Health (2017) Documentary is a must watch to check your diet. We should must avoid packed and junk foods. We should intake organic vegetables and fruits. The best way is to have a small garden in your residence, where you can grow some vegetables and fruits for personal use. 

4. Diet:- Diet plan has become a fashion these days. We have diet plan to loose weight, gain weight, reduce tummy, increase muscle and what else. Best is to conusme ur meal twice. One in the morning after 🌅 and other in the evening before  🌇.

5. Reading: Readings books is very good way to maintain peace in the minds. Readings boost your knowledge and helps mind to concentrate.
